Akina

Overview

Akina is a featured bride in our wedding portraits. Her fresh look represents a very happy and excited bride on her day.

The Details

Prepare to be swept away by the breathtaking beauty of Akina in her stunning bridal gown. Every detail of her ensemble is a masterpiece, from the delicate lace detailing to the flowing train that trails behind her like a trail of stardust.

The gown hugs Akina’s curves in all the right places, accentuating her natural grace and elegance. The off-the-shoulder neckline adds a touch of romance to the ensemble, while the voluminous skirt billows around her like a cloud.

Akina’s hair is styled in loose waves, cascading down her back like a waterfall. The delicate veil that drapes over her face is almost ethereal, adding an air of mystery and allure to the already captivating bride.

As she steps into the sunlight, the beading and embroidery on her dress sparkle and shimmer, creating a dazzling effect that takes everyone’s breath away. Akina is truly a vision of beauty, a bride who will be remembered for years to come.

Gears

I have used the following to achieve these shots:

  • Nikon D750 is a very capable full-frame camera that I use in wedding events due to its superb low-light performance
  • Nikon AF 80-200 f/2.8 of 1988, a top pro zoom in its time but still provides very sharp results and great image quality, which is important when covering weddings

Lighting

My style in wedding photography is to shoot available light. Not only it’s free from bells and whistles in setting up, but it is portable, especially in fast-paced situations. Most clients will appreciate that you take their pictures as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Posing

As a wedding photographer, I am expected by my clients to direct them in posing. It is crucial for my subjects to relax for wedding portraits, so I talk to them first, get to know them, and try to win them. Once they are comfortable, then the job becomes easier. Akina knows some posing, but I asked her to give me relaxed poses as I don’t want to covey high fashion statements.

Post-production

I post-process my images depending on the theme that I’m shooting. For weddings, I use bright and pink tones in order to convey a message of happiness while sticking to the natural look of my portraits.
